truCOVER Total RNA Library Prep Kits require Covaris Unique Dual Index (UDI) sets.
Dual indexing enables the addition of adapters needed to bind to the flow cell for sequencing and minimizes index misassignment, particularly important for low-input, FFPE, or other degraded RNA samples.
Covaris UDI Plates for truCOVER Total RNA Library Prep can process up to 96 samples, either in a single run or during multiple successive runs. Covaris offers 8 UDI set options to support flexible multiplexing needs.
