The truCOLLECT DNA Extraction Kit is specifically designed to recover highquality genomic DNA from 50 µL samples of stabilized whole blood collected using the truCOLLECT Whole Blood Collection Kit.

• Processes up to 96 samples per run, supporting standardized, high-throughput laboratory workflows for decentralized genomic studies.
• Powered by Adaptive Focused Acoustics® (AFA®) technology, utilizing the automation-friendly Covaris R230 Focused Ultrasonicator, to perform key workflow steps including controlled acoustic rehydration and reproducible analyte extraction of desiccated whole blood samples.
• Provides the process required for rehydration of the desiccated truCOLLECT blood sample, cell lysis, extraction and magnetic bead-based purification of genomic DNA, producing consistent yield and purity suitable for demanding downstream genomic applications.
• Engineered for stabilized whole blood and optimized for the truCOLLECT Solution to eliminate the need for user workflow adaptation, reduce site-to-site variability, and support reliable implementation at study scale. 

The truCOLLECT DNA Extraction Kit requires the use of the truCOLLECT Hardware Accessories Kit for secure positioning of truCOLLECT sample tubes in the Covaris R230 Focused Ultrasonicator during extraction and purification.
