Maximizes total protein yields from cells and tissues with an optimized urea, thiourea, and a zwitterionic detergent. Provided as stable dry, chemical blend and includes an ion-exchange resin to yield the highest purity reagent to deliver the highest quality samples. The low conductivity of the freshly prepared reagent makes it ideal for applications such as isoelectric focusing (IEF), 1D and 2D gel electrophoresis. Total protein extraction of denatured proteins for IEF, 1D, and 2D gel electrophoresis.
