ESHG brings together the best in human genetics research, and we’re thrilled to be part of it this year. Whether you’re looking to solve sample preparation challenges, explore automation-ready multiomics workflows, or simply find out what’s new from Covaris — we have several ways to engage. Attend our lunch seminar, visit our posters, and come find us at Booth #458. We can’t wait to see you there.

Generating reliable multiomics data from diverse and challenging biological samples demands sample preparation workflows that are reproducible, scalable, and automation-ready. This workshop presents Covaris’s AFA-enabled workflows supporting whole genome sequencing, whole transcriptome sequencing, and proteomics — from sample to high-quality downstream data. The session will also highlight Covaris’ integration with leading liquid handling platforms, including a formal collaboration with Hamilton for fully automated genomic pipelines, demonstrated through a real-world clinical implementation case study.
